You must be at least 21 years of age to foster a cat.
Do you own or rent your home?
If renting, we require written permission stating that it is OK to foster a cat in your home.
We will contact your Landlord to verify that this pet will be allowed.
How many people live in your household?
Do you have children living with you?
What are the ages of the children in the household?
Does anyone in your household smoke?
If so, where do they smoke?
Does anyone in your household have pet allergies?
Do you currently have any pets?
List the breed and age of each pet:
Do they get along with cats?
Are you willing to mix your foster cat with your own pets after an appropriate amount of time?

What is the maximum amount of cats you can foster?
Do you have a separate space for your foster cat?
Are you interested in fostering the following types of special needs pets?
Require lots of socialization (i.e. shy or frightened)
New or pregnant moms (require a separate room/space and a commitment until the mother has her kittens and they are old enough to leave her)
Orphaned kittens (requires lots of time and attention – frequent feedings every 2-4 hours)
How many hours will this pet be left alone on a daily basis?
